Reparenting Ourselves
An intriguing concept we touched upon is reparenting—essentially learning to nurture and care for ourselves in ways we may not have experienced growing up. This process has been pivotal in our journeys, helping us to establish self-love and prioritize our needs without guilt.
Communicating Changes
Change can be confusing and even alarming to those around us, especially when it involves
long-standing habits like people-pleasing. We discussed the importance of communicating our personal changes to friends and family to help them understand and support our journey.
